EY in the United States seeks an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing within complex utility transformations. You will own the Billing workstream, translate regulatory and tariff requirements into scalable designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing design and delivery.
• Experience with time-of-use/interval billing and EDM integration.
• Experience leading requirements, workshops, design, testing, and cutover.

Responsabilidades

• Own SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Tariffs.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, etc.).
• Lead complex billing scenarios including TOU and interval billing.
• Develop functional specs, design decisions, and documentation.
• Coach functional team members and resolve cross-workstream issues.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Manage scope, estimates, risks, and stakeholder decisions.
