EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients. Qualifikationen

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing within the utility meter-to-cash process.
• Understanding of utility rates, tariffs, billing cycles, exceptions, and financial impacts.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs.
• Proven ability to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives and client-facing engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder alignment.

Aufgaben

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and stabilisation.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing including rate structures and billing schemas.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, and design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA).
• Lead the design and delivery of complex billing scenarios (time-of-use, interval-based billing, rebilling).
• Develop functional specifications, documentation, configuration standards and design decisions.
• Coach and lead functional team members, ensure ownership and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for rates, tariffs, billing runs, and invoicing.
• Manage workstream scope, estimates, risks, stakeholders, and cutover activities.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide guidance on SAP IS-U capabilities.
