Job summary

EY in Chicago seeks an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions within utility transformations. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate, tariff, and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP designs.

You will guide functional teams, ensure integration across Billing, EDM, FI-CA, and meter-to-cash processes, and drive testing, cutover and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP IS-U Billing and invoicing experience in utility environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory and tariff requirements into scalable designs.
• Experience leading functional design and cross-workstream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment.
• Drive end-to-end integration with EDM, FI-CA, and meter-to-cash processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, design governance, testing, and cutover activities.
