Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients. You will own the Billing workstream and translate complex rate and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

You will lead functional teams, drive testing and cutover activities, and ensure operational readiness while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing design and delivery.
• Experience with time-of-use and/or interval-based billing and EDM integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design to go-live.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing and tariff structures.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Mentor functional team members and manage cross-workstream issues.
