Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utilities. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate, tariff, regulatory, and business requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs, and guide cross-functional teams through design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with substantial hands‑on SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Experience with time-of-use and/or interval-based billing and integration with EDM.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rate structures and billing schemas.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance for scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities (EDM, FI-CA, device management).
Lead the design of complex billing scenarios including time-of-use and interval-based billing.
