EY seeks an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utilities clients in the US. You will own the Billing workstream, translate regulatory and rate requirements into scalable designs, and guide cross-functional teams from design through go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution design and delivery.
• Experience with time-of-use and interval-based billing and EDM integration.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing (rates, tariffs, schemas).
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration with SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, etc.).
• Lead complex billing scenarios including time-of-use, interval billing, and rebilling.
• Develop functional specifications, design decisions, and documentation standards.
• Coach functional team members and resolve cross-workstream issues.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for rates, billing cycles, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Manage scope, estimates, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead cutover planning, training, and production readiness activities.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide functional guidance on IS-U Billing.
