Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions. You will own the Billing workstream, translate complex rate and regulatory requirements, and ensure alignment with meter-to-cash processes while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience plus 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing design through implementation and stabilization.
• Strong knowledge of time-of-use and interval-based billing and EDM integration.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs.
• Experience leading workshops, design governance, testing, and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design to post-go-live stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing/invoicing, tariffs, and high-volume processing.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance sessions.
• Drive end-to-end integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities and meter-to-cash processes.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
• Coach functional team members and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
