Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients across the US. You will own the Billing workstream, translate regulatory and tariff requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs, and guide cross-functional teams through design, testing, and cutover to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience; 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Hands-on SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing experience.
• Experience with time-of-use or interval-based billing and EDM integration.
• Experience integrating with Device Management, FI-CA, Customer Service, and bill printing.
• Experience leading requirements, design, testing, cutover, and readiness.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing workstream from design to post go-live.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing.
• Lead requirements gathering and design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and IS-U capabilities.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
