Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS‑U Billing and Invoicing solutions. You will own the Billing workstream, define the functional approach, and ensure alignment across meter-to-cash processes.

You will lead functional teams, translate complex regulatory requirements, and collaborate with business, technical, and program stakeholders to drive solution quality, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing within the utility meter-to-cash process.
• Strong understanding of utility rates and billing cycles, including time-of-use and interval-based billing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including pricing structures and billing schemas.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, solution design workshops, and governance.
