EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utilities clients. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate and tariff requirements into scalable designs, and collaborate with business, technical, and program stakeholders to ensure solution quality and operational readiness.

You will lead functional teams, drive testing and cutover activities, and ensure smooth integration with related SAP IS-U

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including hands-on with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution design through implementation and stabilization.
• Experience with time-of-use and/or interval-based billing and EDM integration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rate and tariff structures and high-volume processing requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance for scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, Customer Service, meter-to-cash).
• Lead complex billing scenarios including time-of-use, interval-based billing, rebilling, and invoicing.
