EY is seeking a Senior Deployment Lead in the US to drive SAP deployment programs, overseeing readiness, cutover, and hypercare phases. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective system architectures.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in SAP-enabled business transformations, with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years in large-scale deployments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts.
• End-to-end deployment experience across multiple sectors.
• Experience leading deployment workstreams including planning, execution, and stabilization.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Knowledge of best practices and industry benchmarks.
