Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead and Senior Manager in its Technology practice in the United States. You will oversee SAP deployment activities, drive risk-mitigated transition strategies, and manage readiness, cutover, and hypercare.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and partner with technical teams to design effective architectures. You will interact with business stakeholders to analyze processes, lead delivery, and ensure assets, budgets, and schedules are

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep module expertise.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts across sectors.
• Experience leading deployment workstreams including planning, execution and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
