EY is seeking a Deployment Lead (Senior Manager) in the United States to de-risk large SAP implementations, lead business readiness, cutover, and hypercare, and ensure successful go-live and transition to long-term support. You will translate business needs into technical specs and collaborate with technology teams to deliver robust SAP solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, 5+ years leading large deployments, offshore/remote team management, and 40-60% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years SAP-enabled business transformations experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Proven experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams, including planning, execution, and stabilization.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
