Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager to de-risk large SAP implementations. You’ll oversee three pillars—Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare—ensuring a smooth go-live and transition to long-term support.

You’ll translate business requirements into technical specs and collaborate with technical teams on system architecture. You’ll manage complex engagements, develop budgets, and drive large-scale SAP pursuits while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled transformations with deep module expertise.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP deployments or rollouts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and offshore delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
• Align SAP solutions with client strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
• Manage client relationships, engagement economics, and resource planning.
• Deliver high‑quality SAP projects or serve as delivery lead.
