• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations/rollouts.
• Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Knowledge of best practices and industry benchmarks in finance and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
