EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in our Technology practice to de-risk large SAP implementations by collaborating with business stakeholders. You will oversee Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare, ensuring seamless go-live and transition to long-term support, while guiding cross-functional teams through complex ERP transformations.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, translating business requirements into technical specs, and delivering robust SAP architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• At least 5 years leading large-scale SAP implementations across sectors.
• Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Willing to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
• Align SAP solutions with client roadmaps and strategies.
