Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Deployment Lead, Senior Manager, to de-risk large SAP implementations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop strategies for successful transitions, oversee Business/Site Readiness, Cutover and Hypercare, and guide go-live through post-go-live support.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive SAP engagements across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology and Industrial Products

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep module expertise.
• Minimum 5 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Experience managing offshore/remote delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
