The role sits in EY’s Technology practice and requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate translates business requirements into technical designs, leads complex programs, and travels 40–60% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts.
• End-to-end deployment across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Experience leading SAP deployment workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build client pipelines.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams as delivery lead.
• Travel as needed to meet client needs.
