EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in our Technology practice to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating with business stakeholders, guiding readiness, cutover and hypercare, and translating requirements into technical designs.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors, manage client relationships, and drive delivery of high-quality SAP projects while traveling 40–60%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations/rollouts across multiple sectors.
• Experience guiding deployment pillars and managing offshore/remote teams.
• Travel willingness, 40–60% expected.
