Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead in the United States to de-risk large SAP implementations by collaborating with business stakeholders and managing all aspects of business preparation through go-live and hypercare. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide delivery across three pillars: Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 10 years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep SAP module expertise.
At least 5 years leading large-scale SAP implementations across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams including planning, execution and stabilization.
Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
Knowledge of best practices and industry-specific finance and technology functions.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and cultivate long-term client relationships at all levels.
Build market presence by aligning SAP solutions with client contexts and roadmaps.
Lead program and project management with travel as required.
Manage client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams as the delivery lead.
