Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.
• Data Delivery and Management understanding.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
• Familiarity with Technology Ecsystem Operations.
• Experience in Technology Service Management.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Triage skills.
• Excellence in Building and Managing Relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs for service delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, drive root-cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
