EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations Managed Services. The role focuses on running, maintaining, and supporting SAP projects post-transition, delivering quality support and leading offshore and onshore teams to meet client expectations.

The position emphasizes functional ownership across Finance, SCM, Procurement, or OTC, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations/AMS experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Providing hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procureto, or OTC).
• Leading and coordinating SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Partnering with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes and value realization.
• Travel to client sites as needed and participate in client working sessions daily.
