Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations to lead SAP Managed Services delivery and post-transition support. You will manage cross-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore, ensuring quality, service levels, and client value realization.

The role requires strong SAP functional expertise in FICO/OTC/SCM, experience leading delivery teams, and a focus on continuous improvement and automation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) is required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience.
• Expertise in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution across the primary domain.
• Lead SAP delivery teams and ensure offshore engagement and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization in delivery.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met and reported to clients.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
