Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead and manage SAP operations and service delivery across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams. You will ensure quality support, drive improvements, and align SAP activities with client business outcomes in a dynamic, global environment.

The role requires strong SAP functional expertise in FICO/SCM/OTC, hands‑on leadership, and experience managing dispersed teams. A hybrid work model is offered with flexible travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience preferred.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledge of Agile methods and terminology.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.
• Data delivery and management understanding required.
• Stakeholder management important.
• Hybrid collaboration experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Provide hands‑on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/PM)
• Lead cross‑location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs within service delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
