Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations. You will lead and deliver SAP managed services, balancing offshore delivery with onshore/nearshore teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience.
Expertise in Application Management essential.
Experience with SAP Managed Services or AMS models.
Knowledge of Agile terminology/methods.
Strong customer orientation and SAP delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC).
Lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
Ensure SLAs/Ole agreements are met.
Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
