Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations or SAP project experience.
• Expertise in Application Management and SAP AMS models.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams and offshore delivery.
• Familiar with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution for key processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure SLA/OLA adherence and effective service delivery management.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, offshore.
• Act as escalation point and drive root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP ops with business value.
