Job summary

EY’s Technology Operations Managed Services seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead post-transition SAP support, ensure smooth operation, and drive automation initiatives. You will manage post-transition projects, deliver quality service, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with global teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on SAP leadership within a core domain, people management, and delivering value in a fast-paced environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations or SAP projects experience.
• Expertise in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams, including offshore delivery.
• Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore/nearshore/offshore.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs; drive root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
