Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Support Services professional to lead SAP Delivery within our Technology Operations Managed Services team. You will run, maintain, and support SAP projects post-transition, delivering quality service and resolving issues to protect critical business processes.

You will manage offshore and onshore delivery teams, provide functional ownership in a core SAP domain, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with client goals and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations or SAP project execution.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Proficiency in Data Delivery and Management; Stakeholder Management is important.
• Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations and Technology Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in at least one domain: FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs as defined by service delivery.
• Lead globally distributed SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
• Act as escalation point for complex functional and operational issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
