EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations to lead post‑transition support, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing delivery of SAP solutions. You will manage global teams, drive offshore delivery, and align SAP operations with client business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 5–7 years of SAP Operations experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Data Delivery.
• Experience in Technology Service Management and Hybrid Collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build client trust and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and resolve issues within core business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met via effective service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
