Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, build solutions, and ensure successful deployment across Sales and Service Cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Experience advising clients and translating requirements into workable platform solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and multi‑tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document business, functional, and technical requirements; translate proposed solution into Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
• Capture business needs, map current and future-state processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform features and best practices.
• Own assigned implementation workstreams as a hands-on builder and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
