Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products including Sales/Service Cloud
• Certification: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant and 4+ years on Salesforce
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel at least 20%
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery and capture requirements
• Translate proposed solutions into a clear Scope of Work
• Estimate implementation effort with leadership stakeholders
• Capture business needs and map current/future processes
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices
• Own assigned workstreams and deliver configurations
• Facilitate discovery sessions and client status discussions
• Build declarative automation, data models, and reports/dashboards
• Support integrations, data migration and troubleshooting
• Create test plans and oversee testing and deployment
• Deliver end-user training and post-launch support
