Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to join our consulting team in the United States. You will build and configure Salesforce solutions, work directly with clients to translate business needs into technical designs, and lead hands-on project delivery from design through deployment.

You will collaborate with architects, project managers, analysts, and developers, while applying best practices in security, data migration, and testing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification with 4+ years on Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to support.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable platform solutions and guide clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document business, functional, and technical requirements; and translate into a Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Solution Architects and Project Managers.
• Capture business needs and map current/future state processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
• Own assigned workstreams; configure solutions while collaborating with architects and developers.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
• Develop declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, and dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and QA for deliverables.
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and manage deployments post-launch.
