Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products and Sales/Service Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across client teams.
• Minimum travel of 20% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document business, functional, and technical requirements; translate into Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
• Capture business needs and map current and future-state processes with stakeholders.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Own implementation workstreams; configure solutions and collaborate with the team.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions for assigned workstreams.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, and dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with the technical team.
• Create test plans, perform testing, support UAT, and deliver quality assurance.
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and own deliverables through deployment and post-launch support.
