Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, nonprofit or software industry preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment; sales experience is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze customer goals and map to Salesforce solutions.
• Demonstrate technical wins via demos and presentations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with compelling responses.
• Develop technical POVs aligned with industry knowledge.
• Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Present customized demos tied to business value using AI tooling.
• Build and maintain relationships with sales teams and accounts.
• Feed customer requirements back to product/engineering.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
• Travel domestically up to 20%.
