EY is seeking a senior Salesforce-focused architect to lead client conversations and design governing architectures across multi-cloud environments. You will champion AI-enabled transformation, guiding teams through discovery, design, and delivery with a strong emphasis on governance and adoption.

The role emphasizes executive communication, practical architectures, and measurable business value while operating within EY’s hybrid client-service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users, architects and delivery teams to define outcomes and processes.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Data Cloud, etc.).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, security and delivery feasibility.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions including prompt design, grounding, and adoption planning.
• Guide teams in using Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360, APIs to create practical, productive solutions.
