Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field
• 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config and customization
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more
• Experience facilitating requirements, design and workshops with client stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, data models, integrations, and reports
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud
• Draft, test, and iterate prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths
• Create solution docs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and handoffs for developers
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and adoption impacts
• Partner with developers and architects to define specs for custom code and migrations
• Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity and responsible AI considerations
• Contribute to Agile delivery ceremonies and UAT readiness
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client-ready communication
