Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce transformation lead to drive architecture across multi-cloud environments, including Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud. You will guide AI-enabled solutions, establish governance, and partner with client and EY leadership to realize value through adoption and scalable designs.

The role emphasizes executive collaboration, design standards, and a hybrid delivery model, with a strong focus on practical, measurable business outcomes across large enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, Flow and APIs.
• Knowledge of security, data governance, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with executives and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments including Sales, Service, Experience and Data Cloud.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, governance, and security.
• Coach analysts, consultants, and developers to deliver client-ready, high-quality solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and delivery planning.
