Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery in a rapidly growing area. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and guide teams through AI-enabled, responsible automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into scalable designs, and contribute to Agile delivery while mentoring analysts and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 2-4+ years Salesforce implementation experience including hands-on configuration.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives, pain points, user journeys and measurable outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across Salesforce products, integrations, data models, automation, security, reporting, and UX.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360, APIs, and more.
• Draft, test, and iterate prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, grounding, escalation, and human-in-the-loop review points.
• Create solution documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data/integration notes, and handoff materials.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities including data readiness and integration complexity.
• Define specifications for custom code, integrations, migrations, and POC scenarios.
• Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout design and deployment.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, UAT readiness, defect triage, and release prep.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client-ready design.
