Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery from discovery through adoption. You’ll design Salesforce solutions, shape user journeys, and apply AI fluency to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, contribute to Agile delivery, and ensure security, governance, and scalable architectures across client engagements in a hybrid, U.S.-based model.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design within teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile methods.
• Salesforce certifications ( Administrator, App Builder, or Cloud Consultants ).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to define client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and related tools.
• Draft prompts, rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
• Create solution docs, data notes, and handoff materials for devs and testers.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Partner with architects to define specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to UAT readiness and releases.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client communication.
