Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across Salesforce products, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will shape user journeys, business processes, and trusted automation while guiding teams through discovery, design, and adoption with a focus on governance and value realization.
Ideal candidates combine strong Salesforce configuration experience with AI literacy, enabling practical, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Experience leading or supporting Salesforce solution design in teams of 5+.
- Experience with requirements workshops and client stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption goals.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across data models, integrations, and security.
- Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein features.
- Draft prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths for reliability.
- Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers.
