Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across Salesforce products, data, and AI-enabled workflows. You will shape user journeys, design solutions, and guide clients through discovery, design, build, test, and adoption with a focus on governance and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4+ years Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design within teams.
• Experience with requirements, design workshops with clients.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Salesforce capabilities and related tools.
• Draft prompts, agent behavior rules, and grounding strategies.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials.
• Identify gaps between current and future capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Partner with developers to define specs for integrations and migrations.
• Apply quality, privacy, risk, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and mentor analysts and consultants.
