Job summary

EY seeks a Salesforce and AI-enabled transformation leader embedded with client teams to guide architecture across multi-cloud environments and drive measurable value. You will shape target-state roadmaps, lead design sessions, and ensure governance and security across projects.

The role combines business strategy with technical delivery, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4-6+ years of Salesforce implementation with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce solution/technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors, owners, users and delivery teams to define outcomes, journeys, processes, and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, security, and complexity.
• Design AI-assisted solutions including prompt strategy, data grounding, human-in-the-loop controls, testing approach, and adoption plan.
• Guide teams in use of Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and Data Cloud/Data 360 to create practical solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, governance, and quality checkpoints.
