Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce-driven lead to guide architecture across multi-cloud environments and drive AI-enabled transformation for clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Typically 4-6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure data and integration patterns
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent credentials

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes, processes, and value measures
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments
• Define target-state solution roadmaps balancing value, adoption, AI enablement, governance and security
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Guide teams in using Salesforce tools to create practical solutions that improve productivity and outcomes
• Establish design standards, architecture decisions, and reusable patterns for Salesforce delivery
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, and delivery planning
• Identify and mitigate risks across business and technical domains
• Coach analysts, developers, and architects to deliver client-ready recommendations
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and adoption
