Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and guide teams through AI-enabled workflows while upholding governance and security.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, collaborate with delivery teams, and produce clear designs that clients can understand and implement. This role blends consulting and hands-on design in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design within teams of five+ members.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, data migration, relational databases, and agile methods.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to define objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, integrations, and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent rules, grounding, escalation, and human-in-the-loop points.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and configuration specs for builders and testers.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to release readiness and UAT.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client communication.
