The role requires strong Salesforce Administration, Product Owner, and BPM skills, with experience in integrations and data modeling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Salesforce administration, product ownership, or business process management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with platform integrations and data modeling.
- Willingness to travel as needed and operate in a fully remote environment.
Responsabilités
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Lead platform integrations and governance across Salesforce and ArrowSphere.
