Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly capable Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce platform solutions. You will own the Salesforce product backlog, shape the roadmap, and translate business requirements into epics and stories while collaborating with stakeholders across IT and leadership.

You’ll lead requirements, design discussions, UAT, and deployment validations, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with Arrow's architecture and goals.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS processes).
• Requires advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Operate with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across strategic projects, enhancement requests, production support, and governance activities.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.
• Influence prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manage dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.
