Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to align business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce teams, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce backlog, define the product vision, and translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories that drive scalable solutions.

You’ll lead sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and automation opportunities, ensuring release readiness and user adoption across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
