Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce initiatives, owning backlogs and translating business needs into scalable features. You’ll lead requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and release validations while coordinating with IT, Salesforce architects, and business stakeholders.

In this fully remote US-based role, you will influence prioritization, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and KPIs across end-to-end

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes).
• Advanced knowledge in Salesforce Administration.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations.
• Experience with platform integrations and data modeling for dashboards/reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
