Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business goals with Salesforce solutions. You will own product backlogs, translate requirements into epics and stories, and guide agile ceremonies, ensuring value delivery across stakeholders.
You will also manage Salesforce administration, integrations, and platform governance, driving automation and process improvements while aligning with the enterprise architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations.
- Advanced Salesforce administration and data modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities and support deployments and governance.
