Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. This role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.
You will own and prioritize the Salesforce backlog, define the product vision, and drive automation and process improvements.
Formación
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Product Ownership.
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce and platform management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and ECS business processes.
Responsabilidades
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
- Administer Salesforce environments including declarative solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT, architects, and leadership to ensure scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support.
